1. How can I place the order ?

Well, you can place the order through the shopping cart, or send us your detailed order list (item ID, size and qty) via mail, or click the Online contact tool. We will get back to you asap with the prices.

2. What is the minimum order?

Well, we do not have a definite MOQ (minimum order quantity).The point is that the larger the order is the better the price would be.

3. Do I need to pay extra fees for shipping cost?

No, all our products for you is free shipping cost ,you dont need pay premium.

4.Does the products come with all packaging boxes?

Yes, the products come with all full accessories, like original packaging boxes, dust bags, tags, infor cards, and linings.

5.How long does it take for delivery?

Yes, once we receive the payment, we are going to ship the items. Usually the delivery takes 4-7 days.

6. Will the products be delivered to my door?

Yes, drop shipping is available. The products are going to be delivered to your door directly.

7.Can I have the courier tracking number for the updating infors of my orders?

Yes, the courier tracking number will be forwarded to you once we ship out products.

8. Can I have compensation if my packages lost /blocked?

Yes, if the packs are lost on the way, you can have 100% replacement. We are going to re-send the products to you.

9. What shall I do if the pack blocked by customs?

Yes, after we ship the packs, we will keep tracking the items (at EMS/TNT/FedEx, UPS DHL site) till you receive them safe and sound. If the packs are blocked at the customs for sure(This is rarely happenning as our carriers are very good) , we are going to do the best we can, either resend the items or offer better discounts for the following orders, to get over and move ahead.

10. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

11.What is return/exchange policy of our company?

We only accept return/exchange when we sent your products wrong size or wrong style. We will gladly accept return/exchange in brand new condition. All products purchased from Rich International Industrial Co.,Limited can only be returned/exchanged in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) ,if for exchange ,The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us.

The return/exchange must be requested 7 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers.
